Chris Smith founded Smith Builders in 1993, with a goal to protect family homes by providing high quality, reliable roofing and exterior home services.


Fast forward over 30 years, and you'll still find Chris on a roof. He's brought in his son, Ted, to continue to build and grow Smith Builders to meet the needs of homeowners here in Maine.


With thousands of successful roof replacements and repairs completed in the area, and Master Elite Contractor status for GAF since 2017.
